Forming Silk II / Natural Elasticity I - Folding
Inspired by spiral pleats in origami, this work moves beyond deliberate folding. Instead, pleating and elasticity emerged spontaneously through the internal movement of high-twist silk within even weave bindings, demonstrating how the absence of imposed creases can itself generate form.

When took off from the loom, the movements of high twisted silk created this natural elasticity.
